Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our Institute (Digital marketing, Web designing, Quality improvement, etc.). The candidate should possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and be capable of guiding students in selecting the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel students about courses and career opportunities
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication
- Perform regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Clearly explain course details, fee structure, EMI options, and placement support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Neutral English accent (No MTI – Mother Tongue Influence)
- Strong, convincing and interpersonal skills
- Smart personality with a professional attitude
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, telemarketing, or education industry is an added advantage
