We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to support customer acquisition, subscription growth, and customer relationship management activities. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, generating leads, promoting products and subscription plans, handling customer inquiries, and strengthening customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & Sales Support
- Contact prospective customers through telephone calls and other communication channels.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans to potential customers.
- Generate new customer leads and convert inquiries into active customers.
- Promote product trials, subscription programs, and special offers.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition and sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, delivery schedules, and service-related matters.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Follow-up & Retention Activities
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with leads and existing customers.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
- Support customer retention and renewal initiatives.
- Re-engage inactive or discontinued customers.
Database Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track lead conversion, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, delivery, customer support, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Support promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Persuasive and confident communication style.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work towards sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, customer relationship management, or sales coordination.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, dairy products, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
