Job Summary:
360 Realtors LLP is seeking a result-driven Sales Consultant to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and provide expert guidance to customers throughout their buying journey. The role involves handling leads, conducting site visits, closing deals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
- Confidence in handling HNI/retail clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but not mandatory)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales or channel partner firms
- Familiarity with Noida/Gurgaon real estate market
- Strong closing skills and lead conversion ability
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
