Education: Any Graduate Degree Position Summary Asian Paints is seeking a highly motivated, commercially minded Design & Sales Expert to drive business growth in our high-end Customized Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes vertical. This dynamic, client-facing role blends consultative retail sales with functional interior space planning. The ideal candidate will guide premium clientele seamlessly through their entire journey — translating lifestyle desires into actionable visual blueprints, managing precision site layouts, and converting design presentations into locked sales orders.
Key Responsibilities Client Consultation: Manage the customer lifecycle from store walk-ins and direct inquiries to initial consultations, establishing deep rapport and aligning functional layouts with customer preferences. Site Audits & Space Planning: Execute physical site measurements, evaluate spatial constraints, and map plumbing/electrical parameters for accurate blueprint calibration.
Design Technicalities: Develop clean, creative 2D/3D layouts using AutoCAD and 20-20 Design Software that balance aesthetic elegance, material functionality, and ergonomics.
Commercial Conversion: Deliver engaging presentation pitches to clients, resolve design objections, achieve aggressive monthly order-booking targets, and unlock milestone-linked incentives.
End-to-End Fulfillment: Anchor post-sale processes including cross-functional layout dispatches, material confirmation tracking, installation coordination, and client handover loops. Network Expansion: Cultivate collaborative pipelines with local interior designers, architects, contractors, and real estate networks to consistently boost active referral streams.
Records & Reporting: Log complete operational transparency across corporate CRM trackers, lead updates, active sales funnels, and milestone order books.
