Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / General Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and manage the overall performance of the branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Branch Management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
