Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/candidates and generate leads.
- Explain company services, job opportunities, and relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Any Graduate with good communication skills.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, recruitment, or customer support.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good English and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to make outbound calls.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
