A Planning & Operations Engineer manages daily business activities, optimizes workflows, and aligns resources with strategic goals to enhance efficiency. They coordinate between departments, oversee logistics or production planning, analyse performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Optimization: Streamline daily procedures, improve workflow efficiency, and implement best practices.
Planning & Scheduling: Oversee production, project scheduling, supply chain, and inventory levels.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to support decision-making.
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with departments (logistics, procurement, sales) to ensure smooth operations.
Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Vendor Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and manage relationships with external suppliers.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Executive, Planning Coordinator, or similar role.
- Key skills (Technical & non- technical) - Façade - Site & shopfloor ; Fabrication Machining ; Architectural applications
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM tools, and MS Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
