Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research. Utilize tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog and others.
- On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking structures to enhance search engine visibility.
- Off-Page SEO: Execute off-page strategies such as link building, outreach campaigns, and social bookmarking to increase domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content, including blogs, articles, landing pages, and other web content.
- Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website performance, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed optimization.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and identify areas of opportunity.
- SEO Audits: Perform detailed SEO audits and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
