About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and execution-focused HRBP / Chief of Staff to work closely with leadership in driving organizational effectiveness, people strategy, business operations, and key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring alignment between business objectives, talent management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development programs.
- Advise management on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters.
- Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and employee experience.
Chief of Staff Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and support key business initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities.
- Track organizational KPIs, prepare management reports, and drive accountability.
- Lead business planning, governance, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, business reports, board materials, and executive communications.
- Manage stakeholder coordination and follow up on critical action items.
- Support organizational transformation, change management, and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Human Resources, Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational development, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and executive teams.
- Exposure to organizational transformation, strategic planning, and governance.
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) would be an advantage.
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, professional services, or multinational environments is preferred.
