Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing campaigns, optimizing budgets, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
