Headquartered in the US with a development center in Bangalore, we deliver a global SaaS platform to luxury hotel groups across the USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia, and India. Hudini powers seamless guest experiences across Web (PWA), mobile apps, kiosks, TV, and tablets — enabling contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation. Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Support Representative with hands-on experience in application and product technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling customer interactions via both email and phone. Candidates with experience providing technical support for SaaS products and services to US and UK customers will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • • • • • Provide L1 support for Hudini application and product-related issues. Handle customer support requests through email, ticketing systems, and phone calls. Participate in troubleshooting and support calls with customers, particularly US and UK-based clients. Communicate technical issues, updates, and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with Engineering and DevOps teams for issue escalation and resolution. Requirements • • • • • • 1–3 years of experience in application or product technical support roles. Basic understanding of networking concepts, server systems, cloud platforms (AWS), and application/product troubleshooting. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through both phone and email support channels. Experience handling customer calls independently and providing effective technical support. Experience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software solutions. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred • • • Experience supporting hospitality technology, enterprise SaaS platforms, or B2B software products. Knowledge of monitoring tools, remote support tools, VPN, and ticketing systems.
