Experience
- Fresher or
- 6 months to 3 year of experience in B2C Sales (preferred)
Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales are preferred
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate
- MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-generated leads and connect with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Make outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits.
- Conduct property presentations and assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with builders and internal teams for documentation and deal completion.
- Conduct market research on new projects, builders, and property trends.
- Stay updated on real estate market developments, rules, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
