Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are interested in digital advertising, analytics, lead generation, and online marketing.
The selected candidate will get hands-on experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign analytics, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Analyse campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with audience research, targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and ad copies.
- Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Assist in lead generation and other digital marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising.
Requirements
- Strong interest in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take responsibility.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certification.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Canva or other creative tools.
- Academic projects or previous experience related to digital marketing.
