Job Title : HR Executive / HR Manager
Qualification : Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years' experience of HR Experiences.
Requirements :
- FMCG / Dairy industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentaility.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct performance management and employee evaluations.
- Organize employee engagement and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
- Support management with HR planning and policy implementation.
Location : Aluva , Kochi
Salary: upto 35000 (Based on experience)
