Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Engineer to support quality assurance activities in an automotive components manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of quality inspection, measuring instruments, engineering drawings, and quality tools. Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes.
- Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, and CAPA.
- Basic understanding of GD&T is preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
Experience
- 0–1 year in the automotive components industry.
- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also apply.
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners.
- Pune-based candidates.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
