Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance Business Development Executiveto expand our corporate client network. This role focuses on identifying potential companies, presenting our services, and securing partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients across various industries
- Present and promote Braxton Mayfair Recruitment’s support model
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Leadership teams)
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with companies
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track outreach activities
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding of partner companies
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Existing network of corporate contacts is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
