Job Description
HandysCompany is hiring experienced and results-driven Area Managers to support its expanding home services network. If you have experience in team management, business development, and operational leadership, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business operations and service activities within the assigned area.
- Lead and supervise a team of Field Coordinators, Sales Executives, and Technicians.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify new customers and business development opportunities.
- Evaluate team performance and provide necessary training and guidance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Eligibility
- Experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development, or Team Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills are required.
- Graduates will be preferred; however, qualified candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Home Services, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, or Retail sectors will be an added advantage.
