Job Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can handle software sales and partner association activities.
The role requires lead calling, requirement understanding, software explanation, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into customers or business partners.
This is a target-driven sales role, ideal for candidates who are confident in B2B communication and structured follow-up work.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Call potential business leads to understand their requirements
- Handle inbound enquiries from ads, website, and WhatsApp
- Conduct outbound cold calling to generate new Partners leads
Partner Association
- Identify potential software resellers, channel partners, and distributors
- Explain the oRRbit Partner Program Model
- Onboard partners who can promote and sell software in their region
Software Sales
- Explain software features, pricing, and business benefits clearly
- Share product information, brochures, and quotations
- Coordinate with the technical team for product demos
Follow-Ups & Closures
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Handle objections and close deals within pricing guidelines
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain lead records in CRM / Google Sheets
- Submit daily activity reports including calls, follow-ups, demos, and closures
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software / IT / B2B Sales
- Experience in Software Partner Association preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with daily calling targets and structured follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp communication)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
