Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Odoo ERP implementation and customization services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients in various industries
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present tailored Odoo solutions to potential clients
Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate project proposals and pricing strategies
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover to delivery teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
2-4 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably ERP or enterprise software
Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems address organizational challenges
Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software

Nice to have

Experience with Odoo ERP platform or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext)
Knowledge of various industry verticals and their specific business requirements
Technical background or familiarity with software development processes
Experience in consultative selling and solution-based selling approaches
Certification in sales methodologies or business development programs
