About the Role
KLM Growth, Marketing & Technical Services is looking for a smart, curious, and execution-focused Growth Associate who can work across multiple projects and help turn ideas into action.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on content, research, presentations, talent coordination, and fast-moving startup projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on multiple internal and client projects across different industries
- Create and improve business decks, pitch presentations & documents
- Research markets, competitors, trends, and growth opportunities
- Support content planning, ideas, and execution
- Coordinate with creators, freelancers, and internal talent teams
- Manage follow-ups, timelines, and project execution
- Assist founders/team leads with day-to-day strategic tasks
- Bring structure to ideas and convert them into actionable plans
Skills Required
- Strong communication & writing skills
- Good with PowerPoint / Canva / presentations
- Research-oriented mindset
- Interest in startups, brands, and content
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & people
- Fast learner with ownership mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Raipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
