- Conduct patient assessments by obtaining health histories, performing physical examinations, and monitoring patient conditions and progress.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, initiate IV therapy, provide wound care, and assist with medical procedures.
- Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, while observing changes in patient behavior and condition.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, preventive healthcare, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records through charting and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Required Qualifications :
B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution.
1–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
Experience in departments such as ICU, Emergency, OT, Ward, NICU, or General Medicine preferred.
Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
