We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively engage with company-provided leads and convert them into successful sales. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage with leads provided by the organization.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert qualified leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including follow-ups, documentation, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Experienced candidates will be given preference.

Compensation:
- Salary with performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
