Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding admission enquiries Explain courses, college facilities, admission process, and consultancy services Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions Maintain records of calls and student details Coordinate with the admission team for application updates Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information Achieve daily and monthly admission targets Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil / English / Hindi / Malayalam/ kannada
Basic computer knowledge
