Job Summary
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales and rental leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp and other digital marketing channels.
The candidate will handle customers from initial enquiry to site visit and final closure for residential and commercial properties across Chennai.
This is a target-oriented sales role suitable for candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Property Rentals, Tele Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development or Customer Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming property sales and rental leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and property type.
- Handle Residential & Commercial Property – Sale, Rental & Lease enquiries.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine buyers, tenants and investors.
- Follow up regularly with customers and convert leads into site visits.
- Schedule and attend property/site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, location, amenities and other details.
- Recommend suitable properties based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer objections and assist with negotiations.
- Coordinate with property owners, builders, landlords and internal teams.
- Follow up after site visits and work towards successful closure.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly sales, rental and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Rentals, Tele Sales, Direct Sales or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong sales/communication skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable making sales calls and handling WhatsApp enquiries.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM.
- Knowledge of Chennai locations and the real estate market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for property/site visits.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results.
