Key Responsibilities
- Lead admissions and enrolment growth through strong sales strategies, active parent
engagement, and outreach initiatives.
- Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring high standards of education quality and
child safety.
- Manage staff performance, training, and motivation to maintain a productive work
environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, local communities, and external
stakeholders.
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility
and admissions, including on-ground marketing activities that may require stepping
out of the school premises for outreach, tie-ups, events, and local promotions.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, budgeting, and compliance with School policies
and standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
