What You’ll Do at Pritam
You will be responsible for the overall performance of Design & Quality Assurance.
Actively promote and support safety and product quality programs and initiatives though working closely with the plant management, operations and employees.
Work with our suppliers, customers, Production team and Customer Service to ensure customer needs are satisfied from product performance, quality and cost. Work to minimize/eliminate customer complaints.
Develop and maintain positive and effective verbal and written communication with the Plant management team, supervisors, service groups and all employees to ensure smooth operation of the process.
Measure/ focus on maximizing yields, productivity and controlling waste
Lead trouble-shooting and problems-solving efforts through the facilitation of team meetings and on-the-floor leadership to effectively change systems and procedures through the process of continuous improvement.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in manufacturing and management.
Designing Experience on 3D,2D & Draw, Blanking, Cutting Tools
B.Tech Degree in Mechanical or higher
