Job Summary
HUAHENG Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the fields of Industrial Automation, Welding Automation, Robotics, CNC Machines, Welding & Cutting Equipment, Tank Fabrication Solutions, and Industrial Machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, technical sales, customer relationship management, and providing techno-commercial solutions to customers. This role requires extensive travel across India to meet customers and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation, welding, cutting, robotic, and CNC solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and project presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, suppliers, and overseas principals for technical and commercial support.
- Support project execution, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance whenever required.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer visit reports.
- Travel anywhere in India for customer meetings, site surveys, project discussions, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial automation, robotics, CNC machines, welding equipment, cutting machines, manufacturing machinery, or related industrial products.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in welding and cutting machines will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, industrial robotics, welding automation, CNC machinery, and industrial automation solutions will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
