Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can actively generate leads and convert them into clients through various platforms. This role is highly performance-driven and ideal for someone who is confident in sales and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Identify potential clients and pitch our services
- Manage client communication and follow-ups
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Performance Expectations
- Minimum expected revenue generation: ₹1,00,000/month
- To receive full salary, you must generate at least ₹80,000/month
- Below ₹80,000 → 50% salary payout
Commission Structure (Per Closure)
- ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 → 5% commission
- ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 → 8% commission
- ₹60,000 and above → 10% commission
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in business development or sales
- Experience in cold calling, Upwork bidding, or lead generation tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of IT services/web development (preferred)
