The Autocad Designer at Crystalline will create and refine detailed architectural and construction drawings for facade, storefront, window, curtainwall, and related design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing precise CAD drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, interpreting design concepts, and ensuring that plans meet technical specifications and project requirements. The role involves reviewing and updating drawings based on feedback, supporting space planning layouts, and maintaining organized project documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pathanamthitta, requiring regular collaboration with the in-house design and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed CAD plans.
Proficiency in Drawing and Space Planning to translate design concepts into functional layouts.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholders and present design ideas clearly.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and preferably Revit or other BIM tools.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret building codes, technical specifications, and engineering documents.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Previous experience in facade, storefront, or building envelope design is an advantage.
