About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about recruitment and people management. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Talent Acquisition while learning recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, stakeholder management, and hiring best practices.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment for various open positions.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Following up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and offer processes.
- Representing the Noguilt during campus recruitment drives and hiring events.
- Working closely with the HR team to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
- Eagerness to build a long-term career in Corporate Recruitment.
- Confident personality with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently represent Noguilt during campus drives, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to grow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
