Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with potential customers, and supporting sales and lead generation activities. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good listening and convincing ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
