Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified demo bookings. This is a one-month paid contract with clear performance objectives. Successful completion of the contract may lead to a long-term opportunity with HyperDial.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage Performance Max and Search campaigns.
- Structure campaigns with relevant themes, ad groups, keywords, and ad extensions.
- Perform regular keyword research and maintain negative keyword lists to improve traffic quality.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize qualified demo sign-ups.
- Track campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support lead generation through additional marketing channels such as email marketing and social media.
- Contribute ideas for brand awareness and event marketing initiatives.
- Share regular performance updates and insights with the founder.
Success Metrics
- Generate 20 qualified demo sign-ups during the one-month contract period.
- Deliver high-quality traffic with continuous campaign optimization.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and measurable marketing impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Performance Max, Search Campaigns, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with SaaS or B2B marketing is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
