- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and within set timelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call records and update customer information in the system.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics to ensure consistency.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to higher support levels.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and service offerings.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and best practices.
