We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have spoken English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to engage with clients professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain the company's products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations.
- Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
