Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role located in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing key performance metrics, and conducting A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, develop marketing strategies, and deliver data-driven actionable insights. A focus on driving results, maximizing ROI, and staying informed on the latest trends in digital marketing is key to this dynamic role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Digital Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) and hands-on experience in managing campaigns.
- Expertise in performance analytics, KPIs, and tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Insights.
- Skills in conducting A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization for performance-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to enhance digital visibility and engagement.
- Proven ability in marketing strategy development, project management, and staying updated with industry trends.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads or Analytics) are a plus.
- Prior experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
