We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Educational Counselors to guide students in achieving their study abroad goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand students' aspirations and recommend suitable international education opportunities. Freshers with a passion for counseling and learning are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial preferences.
- Provide accurate information on eligibility, application procedures, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Assist students throughout the admission journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.
- Stay updated with international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude with a student-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
