Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing teams while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities across departments
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
- Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and shift coverage
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement improvements where needed
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital administration
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and safety protocols
Qualification:
Diploma/ B. Sc / Post Basic B. Sc in Nursing or higher
Experience: 8 to 12 years
