TRAVEL EXECUTIVE (SALES & OPERATIONS)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and travel-loving individual to join our team!
What We’re Looking For:
· Someone passionate about travel and exploring destinations
· Strong communication skills (calls & customer interaction)
· Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation
· Ability to handle customer queries and travel support
Key Responsibilities:
· Making sales calls to potential and existing clients
· Assisting customers with travel bookings and support
· Managing data entry for bookings, itineraries, and records
· Handling customer inquiries via phone/WhatsApp/email
· Supporting daily operations like packages, transfers & itineraries
Requirements:
· Good spoken communication (Hindi/English preferred)
· Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, emails)
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Interest or experience in travel industry is a plus
