Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and validate master data, article codes, spare part kits, parts lists, price lists, and backorder
information in ERP systems.
- Manage spare-parts enquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders in the ERP system, coordinate stock
availability, lead times, shipment, and delivery follow-ups.
- Support end-to-end commercial administration of service jobs, including quotation and approval processing,
service order management, validation of labour and parts consumption, and billing readiness.
- Administer warranty claims by handling claim registration, policy checks, coordination with Quality and
Service teams, and managing replacement/return workflows and credit note issuance.
- Respond to customer service commercial queries related to pricing, freight or express charges, documentation,
and invoice clarifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and KPI reports while ensuring adherence to internal processes
and compliance standards.
