Job Title: SAP TRAINER
JOB ROLE :
An SAP Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to help users effectively understand and use SAP systems. The role focuses on translating complex SAP processes into practical, user-friendly learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver SAP training sessions (classroom, virtual, and hands-on)
- Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, simulations, and user guides
- Train end users, key users, and business teams on SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SCM etc.)
- Customize training content based on business processes and user roles
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects with training activities
- Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
- Provide post-training support and refresher sessions
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SAP and one or more SAP modules
- Experience in SAP training or SAP functional consulting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Experience with SAP training tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, SAP Learning Hub) is a plus
- Strong documentation and instructional design skills
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- SAP certification(s) preferred
- Experience in corporate training or ERP implementations
