Roles & Responsibilities
As an Interior Designer at Aren Studio, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through thoughtful design and seamless project execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Guide clients through the complete interior design journey, setting clear expectations at every stage.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and project discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Create space planning, layouts, mood boards, and concept presentations.
- Develop customized interior design solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Produce detailed technical drawings for execution.
- Coordinate with the 3D visualization team to develop high-quality renders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and execution-ready.
- Support project managers during execution by resolving site-related design challenges.
- Maintain project updates and documentation in the CRM and project management systems.
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy before production.
- Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain high-quality design standards.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, finishes, furniture, and space-planning innovations.
- Ensure every project meets Aren Studio's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Take ownership of client satisfaction throughout the design process.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture (B.Arch), or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Strong understanding of space planning, residential design principles, and ergonomics.
- Excellent knowledge of modular furniture, materials, laminates, finishes, lighting, and hardware.
- Experience preparing working drawings and production-ready documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and design presentation tools.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar visualization software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and client presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.
