Job title: Design Engineer role
Reports to: Project Manager
Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech – Mechanical / Production
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements and work with different teams.
- Create design concept and detail engineering.
- Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.
- Conduct design review to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge in GD&T, different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.
- Knowledge of manufacturing / production / assembly processes would be a plus.
- Hands on experience in various manufacturing processes would be a plus.
Required Skills
- Good in engineering mechanics, strength of materials & theory of machines.
- A good grasp of engineering and design principles
- 3 years of core experience in sheet metal design, Truck & Off-highway, material handling equipment design etc.
- Knowledge of vehicle subsystems such as Chassis, suspension, hydraulic systems, and steering systems
- Knowledge in GD&T, stack up analysis.
- Good knowledge on any of the 3D modeling software (SolidWorks / Pro-E etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and good team working skills.
- Willing to travel overseas for short and long assignments.
- Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
