We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, and execution along with expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and execution
Proficiency in 2D drafting and detailed working drawings
Strong skills in 3D modeling and realistic rendering
Good command of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools
Understanding of ordering materials and coordinating with vendors/suppliers
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
Develop 2D plans, elevations, and execution drawings
Create 3D views and presentation renderings for clients
Coordinate with clients ,wherever required
Handle ordering coordination and follow-up with suppliers/vendors
Ensure designs comply with project requirements and standards
Must owned their own Laptop with necessary software installed and power backup provision(Inverter)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
