Designation - Executive Administration (Factory)
Location: Redhills/ Periyapalayam
Are you a proactive graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning? We're looking for a Executive – Administration for implementation and operational excellence across our manufacturing units.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, administration, and process improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and standardization of operational processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth process execution.
- Monitor process compliance and prepare implementation reports.
- Maintain process documentation and operational records.
- Follow up on action items and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in process reviews, audits, and training activities.
- Travel between our manufacturing units in Chennai whenever needed.
What We're Looking For
Any Graduate
0–3 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Willing to travel between our units in Red Hills, and Periyapalayam if needed.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be preferred
