We are looking for an experienced immigration counselor for our company which is located in Zirakpur, Punjab.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, education counseling, or customer service preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding immigration, work permits, student visas & tourist visas.
- Explain documentation requirements and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the application process.
