Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
- Understand job requirements and draft detailed job descriptions.
- Source active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical expertise and personality alignment with the role.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets within defined TAT.
Required Experience
- 5–6 years of experience in IT hiring.
- Strong experience in sourcing and engaging relevant, active candidates.
- Proven track record of closing IT positions efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess personality and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn and major job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- Experience in hiring for technical roles is mandatory.
