Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to achieve business targets. Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Research potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to generate leads.
- Schedule meetings and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Update and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
