Identify and pursue new business opportunities for web and mobile app development projects in the USA and UK markets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients to drive account retention and growth.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets.
Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain a robust pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, customized proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to ensure alignment in client expectations and service delivery.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular forecasting and reporting to the management.
Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and global virtual conferences.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales (web and mobile app services) targeting international markets.
Strong understanding of client acquisition and account management in the USA and UK geographies.
Demonstrated experience in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online B2B platforms.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals with a consultative selling approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal management, and sales reporting.
Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
