Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in handling customer calls, lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate must be confident, target-oriented, and capable of handling inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Prepare reports on lead status and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
