Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to drive B2B business growth across the West Region. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the West Region through outbound prospecting and networking
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship management
- Engage with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and key decision-makers to pitch our services
- Drive revenue growth through digital media, stock content, and creative technology offerings
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and demos to negotiation and final closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, onboarding, and client servicing
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Background in Digital Media, SaaS, Martech, Performance Marketing, or Creative Industry preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Comfortable with outbound sales including cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
